Charles Des Voeux is Notable.
Charles Phillip Vinchon Des Voeux was the son of Martin Anthony Vinchon de Bacquencourt, who assumed the surname of Des Voeux after leaving France to settle in Ireland.
Charles Des Voeux served as a Member of Parliament in the Irish Parliament for the constituency of Carlow Borough from 1783 to 1790[1].
Charles Desvoeux was made a baronet on 28 August 1787[2]. He represented Carlingford in the Irish Commons from 1790 to 1797.
Charles Des Voeux served as a Member of Parliament in the Irish Parliament for the constituency of Carlington from 1790 to 1797[3].
Charles died on 24 August 1814.
